California’s First Zero-Carbon Home Is Serviced With Luxury Property Management Solutions By Mister Peele

You might have seen a recent article byThe Wall Street Journal about California’s first-ever zero carbon ready home, as certified by the International Living Future Institute (ILFI), the world’s most rigorous green building standard. The $32 million home is part of the MariSol Malibu Zero Series, a collection of four zero carbon homes nestled between the Santa Monica mountains and the white-sand Pacific beach. When complete, each will have been designed to meet the exacting standards of the Paris Agreement and Kigali Accords. This is big news for us, not just because it’s a first for the property industry, but because Mister Peele is privileged to be part of this amazing new property and provide our exceptional luxury property management services.

This incredible house includes a home theater, wine cellar, electric-car charging station, putting green, bocce court and saltwater pool. So there is plenty to keep us busy! The ranch-style house is 14,429 sq ft and is equipped with all electric appliances, an organic vegetable garden, orchard and apiary.

A property of this scale needs consistent and high-level luxury property management. By using our new bespoke and unique technology platform, we are able to revolutionize the way properties of this calibre are managed in the US. What’s more, we will make it easy for the developer, and ultimately the new homeowners, to keep an eye on their property through our Mister Peele app. The new homeowner will not only be the first to own a zero-carbon property but as part of the sale will receive our exceptional services as well.

We are delighted to be part of this monumental change in luxury property management in California and beyond.
