Tasks

In the logbook you can see a list of all the planned tasks as well as all the tasks that have been completed and how much they cost. This information is available 24/7 at the touch of a button and is updated in real time. 

Invoices

This section is where you can access all the invoices for your luxury property. In here, you will be able to access all the PDFs of the monthly invoices that you have received and paid via the simple click of a button. 

You’ll also be able to see the detailed breakdown of all the individual vendor invoices, keeping track of all the time spent on your property maintenance and how much it currently costs to run your home.

Account documents

Here, we store all the relevant account documents for your property, no further need for filing cabinets or dropbox. From anywhere in the world you can have access to all the relevant and important documentation relating to your property at the touch of a button.

Cost analysis

The cost analysis tab provides a detailed breakdown of all the costs incurred within your property, such as: 

  • Spend by month
  • Spend by year
  • Spend by task type
  • Breakdown of internal versus external costs

These are broken down into graphs to paint a picture of the different areas that costs are attributed to. By using the different sections of the logbook, you can gain a thorough understanding of the costs spent on your property.
