Examples of ways in which we help to save the planet — and you money — include: LED light fittings, which use less energy than standard bulbs; programmable thermostats, to ensure you only use what you need; and appliances that are proven to be energy efficient. 

We also offer sustainable landscaping, where gardens are curated to feature plants that require less water. Plus, we can install drip irrigation systems and rainwater harvesting techniques, to make sure that you’re using all the natural resources available to you!

Digital Platforms

Our logbook platform is a crucial part of our property management service, and is the beating heart of every residence. 

The platform can be accessed on a desktop or even on your smartphone via an app, so you can keep up to date with any work that might be going on — whenever, wherever. 

The logbook not only serves as a comprehensive archive of all your information (updated in real time), but it also allows you to check any upcoming tasks and access invoices, account documents and detailed cost analysis breakdowns. 

Remote Monitoring

One of the most advanced and useful elements of the logbook is its remote monitoring tool. We attach internet-connected hardware to critical assets such as boilers, lifts and pumps, so that we’re notified at the first sign of any irregularity — from gas leaks and floods to fire safety issues. This technology means that we can alert you as soon as there’s a fault and make sure it’s fixed immediately, giving you peace of mind no matter how far away you might be. 

In-app Messaging 

Another nifty tool within the logbook is its in-app messaging service, which enables you to contact your dedicated property manager at any time — if your assigned contact manager is away, another member of the team will be on hand to pick up your query. This means that all of your interactions — including any images — can be found in one place, taking away any confusion or delays that can arise with email chains and phone calls. 

From here, your property manager can begin to solve your problem, keeping you updated all along the way — of course!
