The logbook not only serves as a comprehensive archive of all your information (updated in real time), but it also allows you to check any upcoming tasks and access invoices, account documents and detailed cost analysis breakdowns.

We attach internet-connected hardware to critical assets such as boilers, lifts and pumps, so that we’re notified at the first sign of any irregularity — from gas leaks and floods to fire safety issues.
