First and foremost, the platform connects you directly with your assigned property manager, whose job it is to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible in your home. They can make updates within your own personalized online space, which you can keep track of in real time. You can even message them within the portal, so there’s no waiting around for emails to be read or phones to be answered.

Scheduling and Maintenance Logging 

Within the platform, you can see exactly when your property will be visited for scheduled maintenance and services, which you can view in both a list form and a calendar form. 

The outcome of each visit is immediately recorded for you to check, and within this log you’ll find photographs, details of the problem and the work carried out, and the name of the vendor responsible. This information will always be stored here and can be easily accessed within your online floorplans, so if there’s ever another issue in the future, the right people can easily be contacted. User manuals, reports, and official certifications for electrical items can be accessed in just a few clicks too. 

These logs also mean that all of the vendors and subcontractors who visit your home have excellent track records and are trusted by our property managers, so you know that you’re receiving the best quality work you can possibly get. 

Remote Monitoring

In the sensors section of the logbook, you can monitor how your appliances are working. If there’s ever a problem with any of these, your property manager will be immediately alerted via internet-connected hardware, so that they can get the right person on the job as soon as possible, preventing any minor problems from snowballing and creating major issues in the future.  

Billing

In the left-hand menu, you’ll find that your account details are clearly separated from the rest of your property tools, so you can quickly access any billing information. Within this, you’ll find detailed invoices, which are immediately uploaded and even color-coordinated according to the different types of work carried out. This part of the platform allows you to simply check and approve these payments within minutes.
